AHCC Seeking 2013 Nominations
Small Business Persons of the Year
Every year the Chamber takes great pride in recognizing a member to spotlight as an exceptional business leader in the community. We are now accepting nominations for the 2013 AHCC Outstanding Small Business Person(s) of the Year award. This year we have established two categories. They are Person(s) whose businesses are doing $5,000,000 or less per year and those doing $5,000,001 to $50,000.000 per year. The deadline for nominations is December 28, 2012. Self- nominations will not be accepted. Please fill out the form below.
Nominees must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Must be a member in good standing for three years as of September 30, 2012.
- Have a proven record of success measured by staying power, financial success, continued growth and unique innovative practices.
- Demonstrate a record of commitment to customer relations and employee development.
- Show history of community involvement.
- Show history of involvement with the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce.
The 2013 AHCC Small Business Persons of the Year Award Recipients will receive the following benefits:
- Significant recognition (including four tickets), as the “2013 AHCC Small Business Persons of the Year” at the Chamber’s Annual La Noche Encantada Gala.
- The 2013 AHCC Business of the Year recipient will be featured in an article in the AHCC Business Review Newsletter.
- Press Release forwarded to local media.
- Featured on the AHCC website.
- Complimentary table at the April Mercado.
Prior winners of the awards have indicated that the recognition resulted in measurable increase in business.
