Job Title:  Sales and Membership Manager

Employment status:  Exempt, full time, Salary plus commission, some travel required.

Duties: Responsible for new membership sales production, membership retention, securing sponsorships, and all AHCC events including the Annual Gala. Creates, implements, and administers marketing plans to promote the AHCC Brand, grow and sustain memberships with an emphasis on Quality Customer Service.  Participates as a member of the Chamber’s Management Team.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or related fields. Prefer at least three years of sales/customer service experience in the non-profit area. Minimum three years experience in managing employees; includes the ability to motivate and mentor.  Candidate must possess conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office 2007 suite, Google analytics, and social media required.
