María Griego-Raby is a powerhouse of vision, resilience, and community leadership. As the founder and longtime principal of Contract Associates, Inc., she built one of the Southwest’s most respected workplace solutions firms—earning over 30 national and local awards and a place on Hispanic Business Magazine’s Top 500 list of largest U.S. Hispanic-owned companies for eight consecutive years. After more than three decades at the helm, María recently retired, leaving behind a legacy of innovation and excellence that continues to shape the industry.
Her leadership transcends business. As former Deputy Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, María brought New Mexico’s voice to the national economic conversation. Today, she continues to serve her community as a commissioner on the Albuquerque Development Commission, helping guide the city’s growth with the same strategic insight that defined her career.
A proud alumna of the University of New Mexico, María holds both a BBA and MBA, and studied abroad in Puebla, Mexico—deepening her lifelong commitment to cultural heritage and global perspective.
