We meet every 1st Friday of the month at the Hispano Chamber of Commerce.

SUBCOMMITTEES

One Body, One Mind


This Subcommittee will share best practices and support one another in all things mental, spiritual, physical health, and wellbeing. Projects may include a book club, mindfulness reflections, work-life balance, and yoga retreats.

Business Development



This Subcommittee will offer resources to strengthen your organization's development. From human resources to taxes to funding, it will support our members in sustaining and scaling their businesses.

Professional Development


This Subcommittee supports our members in being the best version of themselves as they contribute to and collaborate with their community. It will create programs that give women an edge in business - including mentorships, internships, and leadership development. 

Community Impact



This Subcommittee keeps in step with our community and the influence women professionals have. It will engage in legislative issues affecting women in business, community volunteering, andempowerment.

Board Members

Raquel Benavidez: Chair

Raquel Benavidez: Chair


Raquel Benavidez is a pioneer in the industry. She owns, operates, and is CEO of Bien Loca Industries, a medical and recreational cultivation and processing cannabis company with delivery/distribution and retail licenses in New Mexico. The company develops and manufactures its original product line Mota Mystic. Bien Loca is proud to be the only company in New Mexico, solely owned by a Latina, holding the state's largest licensing, Vertically Integrated Cannabis Establishment. Raquel has married her business acumen—18 years in business management, sales, and marketing—with The Four Agreements' mission to create Conscientious Influence in Business. She is certified by don Miguel to take this masterwork into the workplace as a facilitator for corporate training. 

 

Beyond the workplace, Raquel has launched The Truth Foundation, which educates and expands the perceptions of identity and race both in the workplace and one's personal life. The program works in partnership with her corporate clients to bring empowerment and hope to local communities.  Raquel is a Co-chair and Founding Member of the Cannabis Women's Collaborative. The collaborative was established as a Voice for Women in Cannabis in the community and statewide, with the aims of activism, social communication, and professional support. Raquel is delighted to serve as Chair for the Women in Business program with the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber to continue her commitment to strengthening women and her latino community.


Annette Dominguez: Vice Chair

Annette Dominguez: Vice Chair


Annette is a digital marketing consultant with more than 16 years of experience in marketing and business development. Annette supports the growth of local businesses by finding new ways to leverage their online assets and establish a solid digital footprint.


She is passionate about inspiring, motivating and educating her clients on how to stand out amongst the competition, increase new business and retain existing clients. Annette was born and raised in Carlsbad, NM. She currently resides in Albuquerque with her daughter. Annette joined the Hispano Chamber of Commerce and Women in Business committee to develop strong relationships in the community and become a trusted partner for other business professionals. 




Analisa Perez: Treasurer

Analisa Perez: Treasurer


Analisa Perez is a Property and Casualty Consultant at USI Insurance Services. Analisa has been in the insurance brokerage business for 20+ years. She is a licensed property & casualty insurance agent with a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CISR) and Customer Insurance Service Relationship (CISR) designations.


Analisa has extensive work in the community that includes currently serving as the Treasurer for the Hispano Chamber of Commerce Women's Program, Director with the Women in Construction NM, and on the membership committee for Associated Builders and Contractors NM Chapter. Analisa was born and raised in Texas and moved to Albuquerque, NM in the early 2000's and lives with her spouse, and two children. As a Latina women in the insurance industry Analisa joined the

Hispano Chamber of Commerce to partner and be a resource for other professionals.



Feliz Martone: Secretary

Feliz Martone: Secretary


Feliz Martone is the owner and managing attorney of Martone Law Firm, focusing her practice on helping people protect their future with disability benefits and complete estate plans. Feliz earned her Juris Doctorate at UNM School of Law in 2005, and since 2008 has worked alongside her father representing over 10,000 disabled New Mexicans.


Feliz was born and raised in New Mexico, and lives in Albuquerque with her husband and three children. Feliz joined the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce to be around other like-minded professionals looking to boost one another's success.
