President & CEO
The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce is seeking a visionary and community-driven President & Chief Executive Officer to lead one of New Mexico’s most influential business organizations into its next chapter. For more than 50 years, the Chamber has championed economic growth, entrepreneurship, and opportunity while serving as a powerful advocate for the Hispanic and small business communities. The next President/CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization by strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding membership engagement, advancing advocacy efforts, and driving innovation across the Chamber’s operations and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to build upon a strong legacy while creating lasting impact throughout Albuquerque and beyond.
Convention Services and Relationship Manager
The Convention Services & Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading client servicing strategies, destination experience delivery, and partnership engagement efforts that support the growth of Albuquerque’s meetings, conventions, and visitor economy.
This role manages convention and meeting client relationships, develops service solutions, leads operational planning for supported events, and cultivates strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, cultural organizations, community stakeholders, and Chamber members.
The position exercises significant discretion and independent judgment in determining service priorities, solving client issues, allocating resources, recommending improvements, and representing the Chamber in high-visibility external settings.
Membership Sales (Outside Sales)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Membership Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
The Membership Engagement Specialist is an Outside Sales Position and is responsible for selling memberships to prospective non-member businesses by personally identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding potential members and communicating the benefits of Chamber membership. This position will provide direct, one-on-one, sales and navigation services to Hispano Chamber’s members, small businesses, and corporations in specific business areas.
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic resource for our members, helping identify opportunities and services for them to use for their business and thereby driving the perceived and realized value of membership.
