Albuquerque is proud to welcome the 2026 Western Regional Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) 166/477 Training, taking place November 16–20, 2026, at Hotel Albuquerque. Hosted through the U.S. Department of Labor's Indian and Native American Programs, this year's training embraces the theme Stronger Workforce, Stronger Nations, highlighting the importance of workforce development, economic opportunity, and sustainable growth within Native American communities.

Bringing together tribal and urban-based workforce programs, the training provides opportunities for professional development, collaboration, and the exchange of innovative strategies to strengthen workforce initiatives across Indian Country.
